The course will focus on the essential aspects of the Maltese Gaming Act and the workings of the Malta Gaming Authority.

The course will focus on the essential aspects of the Maltese Gaming Act and the workings of the Malta Gaming Authority. Additionally, it will also take a look at Traditional and Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures covering the most commonly used by commercial entities such as the courts, mediation, arbitration and specialised bodies. Attendees shall be given an in-depth look at the elements and components of Commercial Contracts as well as be given a solid understanding of how to draft such. Finally, attendees will learn the essential skills needed to become an effective in-house counsel, taking a look at what their business requires from them and where they can add value.

Other aspects this training will cover are an overview of the Gaming Act, a thorough understanding of Contract Law, Quasi Contracts, Tort Law and Quasi Tort, the salient features of the Companies Act relevant to gaming companies and important aspects of Maltese Employment Law.
