This course will provide an overview of a subject person’s obligations when it comes to regulatory compliance and MGA licensing requirements, and cover the industry trends, globally and in the EU.
This course will further analyse recent regulatory developments in gambling industry, as well as an increase in compliance requirements, covering various areas of day-to-day operations including but not limited to responsible gambling, reliance and outsourcing, record keeping, marketing and risk management.
The course consists of 10 units lasting from 1.5-2.5h that can be taken individually. Pick the units that are most relevant or interesting to you to make up your 10 CPD hours.
