WHY TAKE THIS COURSE

Learn how to drive automation without engineering dependencies

The iGaming industry is undergoing a major transformation driven by artificial intelligence. While most teams are already using AI for routine or creative support, the real competitive edge for managers and executives now lies in Agentic AI-intelligent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex operational workflows autonomously.

This masterclass bridges the gap between basic “chatbot” usage and strategic systems engineering. Participants will move beyond simple prompts to architect visual, logic-based software agents capable of handling KYC, VIP management, Automated Visual Asset Creation, and Compliance auditing tasks.

The visual node-based interfaces (“Vibe Coding”) will be utilized to teach algorithmic thinking and system architecture, empowering leaders to drive automation without engineering dependencies.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Master the RTC Framework: Apply the Role-Task-Constraint framework to generate precise, high-quality AI outputs for marketing and operations.
  • Generate High-Fidelity Visuals: Master diffusion models (Nano Banana 2, Flux Pro and GPT Image 1.5) to rapidly prototype game concepts and create compliant marketing banners.
  • Ensure Data Sovereignty: Understand and apply the “Golden Rules” of PII protection when using LLMs in a regulated iGaming environment.
  • Map Complex Workflows: Translate manual business processes (e.g., KYC checks, Bonus Abuse detection) into logical flowcharts.
  • Architect Autonomous Agents: Build AI systems that utilize “Planning” and “Reflection” nodes to self-audit their work against UKGC/MGA regulations.
  • Integrate External Tools: Connect AI agents to databases and communication tools (Slack/Teams) to automate end-to-end workflows.

Module 1: Foundations & Governance

  • The AI Landscape: Text (LLMs) vs. Images (Diffusion Models) in iGaming.
  • Data Security: Understanding “Local-First” AI and preventing PII leakage.
  • Advanced Prompting: The RTC Framework (Role, Task, Constraints).
  • Visual Workshop: Creating brand-consistent game assets and marketing banners using Image Generation.

Module 2: Logic & Process Mapping

  • The “Bridge” to Engineering: Transitioning from conversational AI to logical AI.
  • Visual Logic: Introduction to Node-based editors (No-Code).
  • Workflow Audits: Mapping manual failure points in current business processes.
  • Practical Lab: Designing a “KYC Decision Tree” logic flow.

Module 3: Building Autonomous Agents

  • Agentic Architecture: Defining “Planning,” “Memory,” and “Tools.”
  • The Reflection Pattern: Building agents that “self-correct” errors.
  • Compliance by Design: Embedding regulatory checks into AI workflows.
  • Practical Lab: Building a “Marketing Compliance Auditor” agent that checks both text and image concepts.

Module 4: Tool Use & Deployment

  • Connectivity: Giving agents access to search, spreadsheets, and Image Generation APIs.
  • The “Human-in-the-Loop”: Designing safety breaks for automated systems.
  • Capstone Project: The “15-Minute Productivity Challenge” – solving a real departmental pain point (e.g., automated banner creation).

This course is designed for operational and product staff looking to scale their output without requiring engineering resources:

CRM & VIP Managers: Automate personalized player outreach and segmentation logic.
Compliance & AML Officers: Build automated “second-line” defence agents to scan chat logs and documentation.
Product Owners: Prototype game mechanics, visual themes, and technical requirements documents (PRDs) rapidly.
Marketing Teams: Create compliant, multi-variant ad copy and visual assets at scale.

To ensure practical competence, certification is awarded based on the successful completion of the capstone project. Participants must demonstrate:

  1. A mapped logic flow of a business process.
  2. A functioning AI agent that successfully executes the process.
  3. Adherence to data privacy standards within the agent’s design.
