Since 2018, iGaming Academy has been providing core compliance training to BetConstruct staff on topics covering Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Responsible Gambling (RG), GDPR, Information Security, Customer Service, and Advertising Codes and Practices, amongst others. Over the years, they have expanded their training portfolio to also include product training such as Online Sportsbook to equip their staff with further industry knowledge needed to uphold the business’ high productivity standards.
How did we help?
To date, iGaming Academy have worked closely with BetConstruct’s Learning and Development team to train over 700 employees by building a seamless training plan allowing staff to complete their courses in either English or Armenian on our bespoke Learning Management System (LMS). Having the platform and courses available in multilingual mode enables staff to complete training in their preferred language, contributing to their high completion rates as well as understanding the topics at hand.
As BetConstruct continues to expand internationally and enter new markets, iGaming Academy has been able to support this move by providing multi-jurisdictional AML and RG courses to complement their increasing regulatory requirements. This ensures that BetConstruct are training their staff on the specific needs of the markets they operate in including the UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Sweden, amongst others, minimising risks and keeping their business, staff, and customers safe.
