THE BRIEF:

Evolution Gaming is an industry-leader in terms of investment in their staff: wellbeing, professional development and training are always high on the agenda. As a long-term client of iGaming Academy’s, Evolution approached us with a desire to improve inter-team communications and support their workforce beyond their ‘core skillset’.

THE SOLUTION:

Together with Evolution, we developed a bespoke training programme on Key Soft Skills. The training – delivered on-site over 8-hours per group – focused solely on the participants and how they can better their working life by paying particular attention to motivation, communication, and time-management.

Groups were kept small to ensure that each employee got individual attention and everyone could participate and share their opinions. This in turn created a good sense of energy for the learning environment and was a form of team building, helping to bring staff closer together.

Evolution’s training programme was entirely bespoke, delivered to their exact specifications. Content was modified to suit, the full programme built on their timescale and arranged into groups that fit the business. Over just 4 working days, several members of Evolution’s Management team at their SkyParks office were able to receive this training.

THE RESULTS:

iGaming Academy’s Key Soft Skills programme opened new conversations within the business and provided direct tools for individual employees to improve their personal productivity. The on-site training ensured take-up across the teams with minimal disruption, and allowed Evolution to focus on what mattered to their employees.
