With over 1,400 staff, ensuring compliance with regulation throughout the organisation was becoming a challenge – especially since the majority of employees were based in betting shops all over Europe. SKS365 needed a way to offer up-to-date, jurisdiction-specific compliance training to this dispersed workforce, efficiently and reliably.
Europe-Wide Compliance eLearning
iGaming Academy worked with SKS365 to create a multi-lingual, fully branded and customised eLearning Portal – an all-in-one destination for their workforce to receive compliance training content. All 1,400+ employees can log in to complete bespoke eLearning courses in their language, and complete assessments.
Including a full suite of compliance courses built specifically for betting shop staff, SKS365’s portal also includes internal training resources. The eLearning experience is interactive and engaging, including custom audio clips and assessments. All results are tracked for SKS365’s compliance record keeping, with assessment reports allowing managers to gauge how their staff are performing.
Beyond Training: A Multi-Functional Employee Portal
SKS365 also discovered further uses for the Portal beyond compliance eLearning courses. Since the Portal is accessible to all staff, the company now use their eLearning Portal to deploy company-owned content and internal communications. Even internal assessments and policies have been shared through the portal, and since all results are trackable, managers are able to see who’s completed or read important documents.
