Jon is a seasoned sports betting professional with deep experience in trading, risk, and betting integrity across regulated gambling markets. Among numerous consultancy roles, he currently serves as Senior Advisor for Sportsbook Integrity and Risk at IC360, working with operators on integrity, compliance, and responsible gambling frameworks.

Previously, Jon held executive and operational leadership roles at Betway Group, with accountability for global trading strategy, pricing, and risk across multiple regulated jurisdictions. He has led large-scale, data-driven trading operations and earlier in his career helped pioneer the use of automated trading using in stadium scouts.

Jon also served as Non-Executive Chair of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), working closely with the IOC and UEFA among others on market surveillance and integrity risk mitigation. As a trainer, he brings clear, practical insight from the front line of sportsbook trading and integrity.
