Client Relationship Manager – IGA Training

You will be working in a company which has over 60 clients world-wide and provides training for over 25,000 staff each year through e-learning.

The courses offered are in line with the regulatory and training needs of businesses within many jurisdictions – such as UK, US, Malta and other EU states.

The  training portfolio consists of over 30 different e-learning courses and the Learning Management System allows to develop further courses in any language and any content such as company inductions, best practices, software knowledge, compliance, policies and procedures, customer support and many more topics.

In this role you will be the key point of contact for clients, managing their ongoing training needs, building strong relationships and handling all requests.

You will be part of team where dedication, open communication, inclusion and fun matters.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead point of contact for clients in managing ongoing training needs
  • Building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting relationship with clients and handling all client’s needs and objectives in a timely manner
  • Ongoing management of client’s Learning Management System in deploying online courses and support
  • Client consultation on new developments and upselling
  • Creating training plans and strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities


  • Minimum of 2-year experience in a Client Relationship Executive, Sales or Account Manager role
  • Solid knowledge in MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Experience in delivery client-focused solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in the iGaming industry and/or e-learning will be considered as an asset
