Aiolos has spent the past decade working in the online gambling industry, with nearly eight of those years dedicated to the Safer Gambling department at Kindred Group. During this time, he has progressed through a range of roles – from analyst to specialist to manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the industry’s challenges and the vital role that responsible gambling plays in its future.

Within the Safer Gambling department, Aiolos discovered his true passion: training. Leading various training initiatives, he found a deep sense of purpose in sharing knowledge and empowering others. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing his training make a real difference, helping individuals and teams better understand, identify, and promote safer gambling practices.

Aiolos takes pride in making complex topics approachable and actionable, ensuring that teams are equipped with the right tools and mindset to put customer wellbeing first. His mission is simple but powerful: to make responsible gambling not just a policy, but a culture.
