We’re hiring for two positions this Autumn:

TECHNICAL CONTENT MANAGER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Salary: Attractive
Location: St Julians, Malta

Create highly engaging eLearning experiences on our proprietary LMS software. You will have an eye for clean and streamlined design as well as a good understanding of content storyboarding, creating interaction flows and reusable artefacts. You will be able to translate high-level client requirements into engaging and modern online training courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage online course content using iGaming Academy’s dedicated content management system
  • Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-over
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
  • Perform edits and updates to existing content
  • Customize content and design layouts on a request-by-request basis
  • Manage client expectations and provide ongoing communication throughout content projects

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Highly proficient and experienced with HTML, DOM and CSS.

The ability to work independently as well as within a team is a must.

FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: Attractive
Location: St Julians, Malta

We are looking for a front office administrator to join our expanding team. Candidates must have a flair for organisation, plus the ability to work on one’s own merit and communicate well within a team.

Tasks consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls from clients and students
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Handling general support and enquiry emails
  • Document management for public and bespoke training
  • Handling all classroom preparation for public and bespoke training
  • Filing and office maintenance
  • Building & organising company databases
  • Supplier management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driving licence
  • Minimum of 12 months of office work experience
