The aim of the course is simple: giving delegates tools to increase the bottom-line revenue of their slot operation. Over three days of intense practical learning, we will demonstrate the path to an effective slot business and develop your skills and knowledge of which levers and strategies to apply when faced with common challenges of operating successfully.

Course format: Classroom

This course will be run in a classroom setting, led by an experienced industry specialist. There will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the session.

  • Last but not least, delegates get to keep the stories from Lucien as a player, adviser and consultant. Some funny, some painful, but all intended to open the eyes and minds of the delegates.



A physical certificate will be provided after completion of the course. The certificate will state the following:

  • The course title
  • The date of completion
