Ensuring equality and diversity in the workplace is everyone’s responsibility. This course will help your staff understand what is meant by equality, appreciate the value of workplace diversity, and know their responsibilities relating to the relevant equality legislation.
Upon completing this course, your staff will know how to comply with the Equality Act, be able to identify discrimination and harassment, and understand their responsibilities to uphold equality and diversity in the workplace.
