Responsible Gaming PS-EDS Manager

Esther Scheepers is currently occupying the role of Responsible Gaming PS-EDS Manager at Kindred.

She joined Kindred ten years ago, as a Customer Support Agent for the Dutch and Belgian Market, taking up the role of Responsible Gaming Expert. Following that path, she joined the Responsible Gaming team in 2015 where she also became team leader, driven by her passion for customer protection.

Esther shares her manager Maris Catania’s (Head of Responsible Gaming and Research) passion for Kindred’s award winning problematic behaviour detection system (PS-EDS). In her current role, she is making sure to translate the academic approach, into efficient, coherent operational work for the Responsible Gaming team.
